A proper grounding in photography, taught one-to-one over two structured sessions that build on each other. Designed for genuine beginners — and for people who've owned a capable camera for years and never really learned to use it properly. (Honestly, you'd be surprised how often that's the case.)
Session one covers the fundamentals: understanding your camera, how exposure actually works in practice, getting comfortable with the controls you've been avoiding, and starting to see light and composition the way photographers do. Session two builds on that — applying it to real subjects, working through your own photos, and answering all the questions that came up between visits.
Choose half-day sessions if you'd like a gentler pace and time to absorb each step (£199 single session, or £349 for both booked together — a £49 saving).
Choose full-day sessions if you'd rather go deeper and cover more ground each time (£299 single, or £500 for both — a £98 saving).
You can also bring one friend, partner, or family member along at half price — perfect for learning together, and often more fun.
Studio or out and about. Any brand, any model. Tea, coffee, and the kind of humour I should probably apologise for in advance. Available daytime, evenings, and weekends by arrangement.
