What can you recover from?
Memory cards (SD, microSD, CompactFlash, XQD, CFexpress and older formats) and hard drives — both internal and external. If you’re not sure what you’ve got, just bring it in and we’ll take a look.
How long does it take?
Most jobs are turned around within a few days. Larger or more complex cases may take a little longer — we’ll let you know up front before any work begins.
What if the card or drive is physically damaged?
Logical damage (deletion, formatting, read errors, corruption) we can almost always handle. Severe physical damage to a drive’s internals usually needs a specialist clean-room lab — if so, we’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction at no charge.
Are my files private?
Recovery work sometimes involves viewing files to confirm they’ve come back intact, but we never retain copies and never share anything with anyone else. Once you’ve collected your recovered files, everything is securely deleted from our equipment.
